PRIVACY POLICY
§ 1 General
1. PROFILEX Jerzy Malicki, 41-500 Chorzów, ul.Składowa 17 is the operator of the Website: melancholia.co, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 634 007 58 91, Business Registry Number (REGON): 008434442. The Website operator is also the controller of the personal data entered in the Website by you as the User. The Website performs the functions of acquiring information about its users and their behaviour in the following way:
• By information entered voluntarily in the forms.
• By saving cookie files (so-called “cookies”) in the Data Terminal Equipment.
• By collecting logs of the web server by the host operator of linux.com., operating at www.linux.com
§ 2 Information about forms
1. The use of the Website requires you to provide your own personal data.
2. The Controller acquires and processes the following personal data:
• forename and surname
• correspondence address
• phone number
• e-mail address
• company name
• Tax Identification Number (NIP)
• business address
3. Personal data will be processed in connection with the performance of the sale contract by the online store. Personal data will be kept until the date of expiry of any claims between the Controller and you as the User. The processing of your personal data is based on the performance of the contract for you.
4. The Controller processes your personal data in order to provide a service via the Website and enable you to purchase and execute the services via the Website.
5. If you subscribe for a newsletter, your personal data will also be processed for marketing purposes pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation оf 27 April 2016 (GDPR). Provision of your personal data for this purpose is voluntary, but your refusal to do so will prevent sending information from us. Your personal data will be stored until the date you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
6. Your personal data will be passed only to the Controller’s trusted subcontractors, i.e. providers of IT services, shipping companies, accounting companies and a newsletter operation company.
7. You have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as rectify and delete them and limit their processing. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, you also have the right to transfer your data and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office of Data Protection.
9. Provision of personal data for this purpose is voluntary, but refusal to have them processed prevents the use of the Website.
10.The Controller may refuse to delete your personal data, if keeping them is subject to an obligation imposed on the Controller by provisions of the law.
§ 3 Information about cookies
1. The Website uses cookies.
2. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in your Data Terminal Equipment and are intended for using the Website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the storage time in the Data Terminal Equipment and a unique number.
3. The Website operator is the entity which places cookies in your Data Terminal Equipment and has access to them.

§ 4 Server logs
1. Information about some of the users’ behaviour is subject to logging in in the server layer. These data are used only for the administration of the website and in order to ensure the most efficient operation of hosting services.
2. Browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be saved:
• time of query arrival,
• response time,
• name of the client station – identification implemented by the HTTP protocol,
• information on errors that occurred in the implementation of HTTP transactions,
• URL address previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website has been reached by reference,
• information on your browser,
• IP address information.
3. The above data are not associated with particular persons browsing web pages.
4. The above data are used only for the purposes of server administration.
§ 5 Sharing data
1. The data are available to external bodies only within the limits permitted by law.
2. The data for the identification of a natural person may be shared only upon the consent of such person.
3. The operator may be obliged to share the information collected by the Website to authorised authorities on the basis of legitimate requests in the scope covered by the request.
